Project: Funk da World is the debut studio album Craig Mack released on September 20, 1994.
Crazy because Mack was originally the first Bad Boy artist signed to Bad Boy records and his album ended up being released a week after The Notorious B.I.G’s classic album Ready to Die.
It all started with Mack and Bad Boy Records executive producer Sean Combs met at a club called Mecca and Mack free-styled for him which impressed Puffy and the rest was history from there.
Accordingly to Craig Mack himself the album was named this because he wanted the album to be world-wide and it did just that by reaching Gold-RIAA sales status on February 22, 1995.
