On 22nd May of 2018 A.D. renown producer and rapper Hit-Boy surprised fans with a sudden drop of his solo album “Tony Fontana” right after the day of his birthday. The title refers of course to a moniker used by Hit-Boy. Chauncey is originally from Fontana, CA. He shares a great sympathy towards the classic movie Scarface with the main character being Tony Montana, depicted by Al Pacino. Also it may refer to a track “Tony Fontana” by the duo Half-A-Mil, which he co-creates alongside Dom Kennedy. Hit-Boy is the best known for his production skills and banging tracks produced for big names like Hova & Yeezy, Pretty Flacko or Champagne Papi However he does not limits himself to production only. He co-created duo under the moniker of Half-A-Mil with Dom Kennedy, where he not only produced the tracks but also proved his lyricism and rapping skills. As a consequence the variety of skills and self-development let him drop an album fully contributed by himself.
