MihTy is the first collaborative project by R&B singers Jeremih & Ty Dolla $ign. The pair have previously collaborated on multiple occasions with their most popular track being “Impatient”. They have described the album as the “best of both worlds” which Ty Dolla $ign further elaborated on saying that his ‘low tone’ and Jeremih’s ‘higher tone’ together gives the music a much ‘wider range’. Furthermore, Jeremih described the content of the project as being a “mixture” of sounds ranging from music that “soaks up the sheets for the ladies” to tracks that “fellows [can] ride to”. On July 26th, Ty Dolla $ign revealed via Twitter that the project would be released on August 24, 2018. Even though, the project was delayed for the third time; they released their second single “New Level” which featured Lil Wayne who was later removed on the official release. It was pushed back for the fourth time to October 26th, 2018 alonside the release of the third single “Goin Thru Some Thangz”. "
