The debut full-length mixtape ‘To Whom it May Concern’ is Tyler’s first major project since the release of his first EP in May 2016 Something to Think About and shows how much he’s grown as a producer and as a person. Executive produced by Xero and completely mixed, mastered, written and recorded by Tyler himself, it is filled with deep lines and subliminal shots towards many different people. The quality of the recordings and the sound effects added make it sound like it’s straight from a cassette tape recorder and the ambience hits stronger than an airplane engine while onboard making it one of Xero’s most complex, unique and defined projects.
