Inspired by Gil Scott-Heron’s song of the same name, Billy Green is Dead follows fictional everyman character Billy Green on his solitary journey through an uncaring, individualistic world. The album received a spate of promotional trailers, the first appearing on (June 5th) a week after lead single ‘44th Floor’ was released: The record was released on YNR Productions, and for the Australian market by Low Key Source. The record is executive produced by Beat Butcha & Jehst. Each song received its own individual artwork.
