I’ll Cry If I Want To is the debut album of American singer Lesley Gore, released in June of 1963, through Mercury Records. The album was produced to capitalize on the success of her hit single “It’s My Party”. Thematically, most of the songs are related to crying. The album peaked at #24 on the US Billboard 200.
Two singles were included in the album; “It’s My Party” which peaked at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100, and “Judy’s Turn to Cry” which peaked at #5 on the Billboard Hot 100.
