Street Dreams is the 2nd major label studio album by American rapper Fabolous. The album was released on March 4, 2003, by Desert Storm & Elektra. It was received moderately from a critical standpoint but commercial success. It reached #3 on the Billboard 200 with 185,000 copies sold in its 1st week.
“Into You”, which featured Tamia (and an alternate version, featuring Ashanti) and “Can’t Let You Go” were major successes. Produced by Just Blaze and guest vocals from Lil' Mo and Mike Shorey, “Can’t Let You Go” reached #1 on the Rhythmic Top 40, and #4 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. “Into You” with the help of Ashanti/Tamia also reached #4 on the Billboard Hot 100. The remix of “Trade It All”, which featured Puff Daddy & Jagged Edge reached #20 on the Billboard Hot 100.
It sold over 1.3 million copies as reported by Billboard, & was originally certified platinum by Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) on September 22, 2003, for selling over 1 million copies in America.
