Girl Is On Fire is the fifth studio album by Alicia Keys, the album was released on November 22, 2012 and represents Alicia’s first release with RCA Records. It’s an R&B album, contains piano ballads and different styles from hip hop and electro soul. The lyrics are based on Alicia’s personal life, marriage with producer Swizz Beatz and motherhood. The first single of the album is “Girl Is On Fire” and was accompanied by an “Inferno Remix” featuring Nicki Minaj and a “Bluelight Remix” which features Alicia’s singing the song in a stripped back production. The second single is “Brand New Me”, followed by “Fire We Make” and “Tears Always Win”.
