Danny Zealous

Danny Zealous is a rapper from Wolverhampton, UK. Zealous started rapping through battle rapping at the age 14 against other pupils at his school who were usually much older than him. Following the events of 2015, Zealous took a year out of music and changing his image which included his new persona, “Danny Zealous”, which lead to him exploring a different range of genres which is now adopted into his current music. He released his first project under his new name and brand, “Dreams Are All We Have” in 2016 by rapping over several produced beats found on YouTube. After two more years of gaining more recognition of his work through the BBC Asian Network and BBC Radio 1Xtra, he released his first official album, “These Days Are Dark” in 2018, with future releases prepared for the not-so-distant future. During 2020 he showed no signs of slowing down, only growing as a artist. Stage show worthy hooks and genius wordplay, He raps in and out of pockets in ways you have to hear to believe! Relentless, he came with 8 more official releases scattered throughout the year, then followed that with more consistent releases in the years that came after whilst getting better and more refined as a song writer and as a artist as he finds himself and keeps growing with every drop. All this consistency has led him to 2023 where he plans to drop his EP.
