DRAEKO

Whether it’s the face tattoos, or the Bape, Draeko is pushing his style and his sound all the way through 2021 and beyond. Draeko is an artist from Leicestershire, Uk who began releasing music in 2017 with his visuals dropping for debut track Numb Now. Since then he has experimented with multiple styles to broaden his sound, and contribute to an ever evolving style of music. 2019 marks the release of Draeko’s Red Roses debut ep, which features the likes of “I Try”. This tape gained thousands of views and paved the way for the 2020 tape, X-Files in which him and Skribblez joined forces. These releases have showcased the talents of those with involved, helped everyone involved find their own sound, and show the world what they’re capable of. 2020 also marked the move to Brighton, which acts as a musical hub for Draeko. “I make better music down here, there’s more of a vibe, I have way more inspiration around me” Moving to Brighton introduced Draeko to more musical influences of, further developing his own sound even more. In Brighton Draeko was able to work with Cultdeep Records, further adding to the influences on his own music. Since landing in Brighton Drakeo has been “hibernating” (his words!) being reclusive during the pandemic to work on the long awaited “Malfoy” EP dropping in 2021, and he’s also been joining forces with TAFF to drop “Untitled” in the coming months. With plenty of projects on the horizon, what better time to tune into Draeko than now?
