No Limit Top Dogg - Snoop Dogg
No Limit Top Dogg

Snoop Dogg’s fourth album, No Limit Top Dogg, was released on May 11, 1999 through No Limit Records and Priority Records. Snoop faced criticism over the beats he chose on his previous two albums, Tha Doggfather and Da Game Is to Be Sold, Not to Be Told, neither featuring input from his mentor Dr. Dre. The two reunited on this album as Dre provided three tracks, while DJ Quik, G-One, Jelly Roll, Bud'da, Meech Wells and others also helped provide a West Coast G-Funk soundscape for Snoop. The album debuted at #2 on the Billboard 200 chart and was supported by the singles “Bitch Please” with Xzibit and “Down for My Niggas” with Magic and C-Murder.
