Donkey Sean Jr. served as a prelude to Sean Price’s first solo album Monkey Barz. It was released in 2003 off of Duck Down Records and is mixed by PF Cuttin. The title of the album is a play on words referencing the 1982 arcade-style video game Donkey Kong Jr. The track “Jail Shit” was later featured on Monkey Barz.
