Production was mostly handled by Erick Sermon of EPMD, with the exception of “Dip Dip Di” and “Escapism,” which were produced by Rod “KP” Kirkpatrick and Redman, respectively. “The Most Beautifullest Thing in This World” was certified Gold by the Recording Industry Association of America on August 1995, after exceeding 500,000 sales in the United States. The album peaked at number 34 on the US Billboard 200 and reached the fifth spot on the Hip-Hop Albums chart. “The Most Beautifullest Thing in This World” is currently out of print.
