Beauty Marks is the seventh studio album by singer-songwriter Ciara. The album is named after, and her first on her own imprint, Beauty Marks Ent, distributed through Warner Bros Records. In 2017 she left Epic Records and LA Reid, who she was signed to since her debut album Goodies in 2013. The album features guest appearances from Kelly Rowland, Macklemore and Tekno and is preceded by the promo singles “Level Up”, “Freak Me”, “Dose”, “Greatest Love” and “Thinkin' Bout You”. Songwriting/Production sessions for the album began in 2016, and included Skylar Grey, Ester Dean, Space Primates, R. City, Rodney Jerkins, J.R. Rotem, Kaveh Rastegar, Brandon Coleman, Clarence Coffee, Clara Henningsen from The Henningsens, Benny Cassette, Kimberly Perry from The Band Perry, Jasper & Rod Cameron and Tricky Stewart.
