Chest Pains is Warhol’s debut album. Its release was teased for over a year, with Warhol announcing its completion over nine months before its ultimate release in a tweet: Chest Pains is done. The release is the first of a multi-album deal with Empire that he left before dropping his second album, Where’s Warhol? 2, in March 2022. The SoundCloud release of the album mistakenly kept the old tracklist, which included the three new tracks, “MIA”, “Since Birth”, and the original version of “Kill Tek Piece” with Lil Mosey. These songs were removed shortly after. Out of the three, only an updated version of “Kill Tek Piece” ever saw an official release.
