Mundo de Cholo is the scrapped debut EP from Los Angeles rapper Cholopunx, originally intended for release in late August 2018. On June 17, 2018, Cholo released the project’s first lead single, “Exotic”, on SoundCloud, produced by close friend and frequent affiliate, TheLocalTrash. On August 5, the second single, “Everyday”, was released, with Cholo hinting that the project would be released sometime that August. For unknown reasons, the project would never release. Cholo would opt instead to release his single, “King Kong”, in September, before releasing a slew of singles in the spring and summer of 2019 before debuting in August of 2019 with his first EP, SUMMER SLIME instead.
