In an interview with online outlet Prohbtd, G Herbo spoke on the long awaited project: This album is going to be different, but it’s still going to be the same. It’s going to be unique. It’s my debut album, so it’s really my opportunity to show who I am to the world. It’s going to show growth from where I come from—there’s people who don’t know who Lil Herb was. They can go back to my old mixtapes and see what I did. What I’ve been through to get to where I am. I’m gonna put it all out there, leave it all on the track. It’s my baby, it’s what’s special to me. It’s gotta be perfect. The project released September 22, 2017 and features Bump J, Lil Uzi Vert, Jeremih, Lil Yachty and long time co-hort Lil Bibby.
