Back in March 2017, Giggs announced that he would be premiering an as-yet-unnamed track from an as-yet-unnamed mixtape during his SN1 radio show on Apple Music. He proceeded to spontaneously pick titles for both the song and the project live on air, settling on “Superheroes” and WAMP 2 DEM (a Jamaican patois version of What Happened 2 Them?) respectively. The song didn’t actually make the final cut. In June, he unveiled the mixtape’s artwork, which features a pair of stern eyes. A promotional video for the mixtape, released in September, features a montage of critical tweets and a clip of DJ Akademiks describing his “KMT” verse as “wack”. This seems to imply that the project is setting out to change American listeners' minds about Giggs as a musician, in light of recent hate after his work with Drake. The project was released on 6 October 2017 and features a variety of US and UK artists including 2 Chainz, Young Thug, Santan Dave, Popcaan, Donae'o and the Newham Generals, a.k.a D Double E & Footsie.
