Changes is the second studio album from American R&B artist Christopher Williams, released on December 29, 1992 on Uptown Records. The album would be the last world wide released from Christopher. Hit singles like “I’m Dreamin', “All I See”, “Every Little Thing U Do” gave the album the success it needed to blossom.
