The Idea of Beautiful is the debut studio album of the North Carolina female rapper, Rapsody. It was released in August 28th of 2012 after her critically acclaimed mixtapes: Return of the B-Girl (2010), Thank H.E.R. Now (2011) and For Everything (2011), which features mostly production from her mentor 9th Wonder and his frequent collaborator Khrysis. The album was released by 9th Wonder’s independent record label known as “It’s a Wonderful World Music Group”
