Seared Foie Gras with Quince and Cranberry is a 2010 mixtape released by Asher Roth. Majority of the mixtape is Asher freestyling over well-known hip-hop beats, along with DJ Wreckineyez’s scratching. This is Asher Roth’s first collection of music after releasing his debut full-length album Asleep in the Bread Aisle the previous year.
