Young Thug’s long-awaited Slime Season mixtape was originally set to be released on July 4, 2015, entirely produced by London On Da Track, but it was delayed until September 15. This is likely because of the 100-song leak of which Thugger was a victim in May 2015, which included most of the songs on this mixtape. London On Da Track hinted that Thugger’s label requested the changes that caused the mixtape to become a solo Thug project instead of a collaboration between the two of them, with a 75-day delay.
